Passionate Torontian with Hong Kong roots.
Born in Hong Kong, grew up in Toronto, I'm a proud Canadian who is passionate about Canadian and international real estate. In the recent years, my Toronto Sellers work with me with the additional marketing I can provide in Hong Kong. When you sell your property with me, you have access to the Toronto local market and you my personal global network. You property would be sent out to my clients and local brokerages in Hong Kong.

Over 15 years in Toronto real estate, I have a growing Canadian and international following. You can lean on me if you are relocating to Vancouver, Calgary, and Montreal. I have great contacts who can also help you with investment opportunities outside of Toronto. Beyond Canada, I am able to help connect my clients to international realtors in Hong Kong, London, Los Angeles, Maui, Melbourne, Mexico City, Miami, Nashville, New York, New Zealand, Oahu, Portland, San Francisco, Seattle and Sydney.

2008 - Purchased my first pre-construction condo
2008- Purchased my first house (row house). Full renovation. First proper home
2012 - Continue to invest in Toronto new developments
2013 - First real estate pre-construction purchase in Hong Kong (investment)
2013-2015 - I moved to HK to spend time with my aging parents
- Worked in real estate with Savills, London-listed company
(corporate and international residential)
2016 - Returned to Toronto pursuing local and international real estate
2017 - Joined Sotheby's International Realty, Canada

Each transaction we build mutual respect and trust, allowing me to foster a referral network with like-minded people. I travel to see the world, get an international perspective, to grow, and see my family in Hong Kong. Since i may not be in Toronto all the time, I now work with several realtors in my office to ensure my clients are fully supported unaffected by my travels.
